Service Overview Innovate Home Warranty provides protection plans for residential systems and appliances, designed to help cover the cost of certain repairs or replacements due to normal wear and tear. 2. Eligibility Coverage applies only to residential properties within eligible service areas. Plans must be active and in good standing at the time of a service request. Certain conditions, limitations, and exclusions may apply as detailed in each plan’s contract. 3. Service Requests To request service, customers must contact Innovate Home Warranty through our official channels (phone, email, or online portal). Innovate will assign a qualified contractor from our network. Unauthorized repairs or service providers may not be covered. 4. Coverage Limitations Each plan outlines specific systems, appliances, and dollar limits of liability. Pre-existing conditions, cosmetic issues, and improper installations are not covered. Please refer to your plan brochure or contract for full terms of coverage. 5. Payment and Renewal Plan fees must be paid according to the agreed billing schedule. Plans renew automatically unless cancelled in writing prior to the renewal date. Failure to pay may result in termination of coverage. 6. Cancellations You may cancel your plan within the first 30 days for a full refund (less any services rendered). After 30 days, refunds will be prorated. Innovate reserves the right to cancel coverage for fraud, non-payment, or misuse of services. 7. Liability Innovate Home Warranty’s total liability shall not exceed the limits specified in your plan. Innovate is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service delays, denied claims, or contractor performance. 8. Dispute Resolution Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable state and federal laws. By using Innovate’s services, you waive the right to a jury trial or class action. 9. Changes to Terms Innovate may update these Terms of Service from time to time.
